This porcelain enamel pendant is believed to originate from the Vkhutemas constructivist school.  The Vkhutemas school of design was supported by Lenin as an answer to the advent of the German Bauhaus movement.  It was manufactured during the 60s and 70s and features a solid bakelite fitter.  The shade is white porcelain enamel with some chipping and pitting.
